About the Speaker
Mike O’Driscoll started his career in the UK with Jaguar Rover Triumph as a business student. He obtained an MBA from the University of Warwick, and held various positions in Finance, Product Development and Marketing, prior to his move to the USA with Jaguar Cars in 1987. From 1995 Mike held a number of senior management positions with Jaguar’s parent, Ford Motor Company and in 2000 was appointed President of Jaguar Cars North America.

The following year Mike became President of Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover’s North America business. In 2007 Mike returned to the UK and was appointed Managing Director of Jaguar Cars global operations. Mike led the Jaguar brand through the introduction of an all-new product line-up, including the launch of the award-winning XF, XJ and XK, and finally, the stunning C-X75 supercar at the Paris Salon in 2010. Mike retired in March 2011 and moved back to his home in Washington DC, continuing as Chairman of Jaguar Heritage.

Mike was appointed to the Board of Williams Grand Prix Holdings as a Non-Executive Director in September 2011, and to his current role as Group Chief Executive Officer in May 2013. The Group comprises the Williams Formula One team and Williams Advanced Engineering.

Mike is a good friend of the school, having studied his MBA at WBS and we look forward to welcoming him again on 23rd January.
